I am a new year...
For some reason I am quite tired...I am not sure if I have fully adjusted back to PST, or what, but whatever...it's back to work in Torrance, and it's time to get crackin....
Okay, I survived my b-day...not w/o a few scars though, he he he. I've seen pictures of myself crawling underneath a car, ripping my shirt(again, how embarassing) and other stuff, but here I stand..errrr, sit, alive to blog about the tale. It was a lot of fun, and as I said in my e-mail to my friends, I feel so lucky to be blessed w/ such an awesome group of friends. Friends that "take care" of you and make sure you have to be taken care of later on, ha ha ha. But it was a memorable, or maybe not-so-much, evening. To say the least, I didn't feel totally great for the wedding the next day, but I got through that as well. Yesterday, the hangover was gone, but for some reason, my neck is killing me, so that has yet to disappear. Anyway, I had lots of fun...so many thanks to everyone who contributed to my b-day, whether by e-mail or by being there or whatever.
A lot of people like to make up lists of things they wanna do before they're xxx amount of years old, or a bunch of new year's resolutions. I guess I have combined those two and created a hybrid list of....
Things I want to do before my NEXT birthday
Keep a tab on this people...we'lll see how well I fared at age 27.
In no particular order of preference, but just easier to number....
1. Go to Hawaii
2. Get my EIT certification
3. Paint my room
4. Get in shape
5. Have been rid of smoking for at least 6 months...
Doesn't sound too farfetched, yet if I am not assertive enough, there exists the possibility that these goals may not be realized...here's to hard work for the upcoming year!
